This October the Andorran Government will issue a new short-term bond, maturing in 12 months and carrying 0.65% interest. The total value will be 100 million Euros. The government bond will be fully guaranteed by the Andorran state.

Andorra is not known as a top fishing destination, but in fact there are multiple areas in the Andorran mountains where you can fish in peace and quiet. Andorra has 15 controlled fishing areas and you can fish both in lakes and rivers. Many of the lakes must be reached by footpaths and are located at more than 2000 meters above sea level.
The fishing season starts in mid-March and lasts to mid-November and you can find excellent trout in the rivers and lakes. Most of the lakes freeze from November to April. Fishing in Andorra requires a license. The prices for season licenses:

11,000 households in Andorra already enjoy the new Internet connection that allows them to reach a speed of 300 megabits per second. Andorra Telecom initiated this project in March with the aim that in January of 2018 all Andorran homes could enjoy the new speed.

In winter season 2017-2018 will open a new ice driving school in Andorra – Arcalis, on a circuit of 700 m.
New driving school for extreme driving will be located in Ordino-Arcalis, with the main objective to train drivers interested in mastering their vehicles on snow and ice.

A new study, published in The Lancet Medical Journal, stated that the world's best healthcare system is in Andorra, which scored 94.6 out of 100 points. At the bottom of the table is Central African Republic with 29 points. The UK scored 84.6, which was better than the US with 81.3 points.

Between the 1st of April and the 2nd of October Andorran fiscal residents must submit their income tax declaration. The tax office expects to receive close to 14.000 declaration. For the first time this year, residents and nationals may submit their tax declaration online.
