The founder and composer of the of the original band Al Mcay decided to recover the spirit of the group Earth, Wind & Fire and gives us the opportunity to live one of the a mythical nights of 70´s and 80´s Funk rhythm on the13th of May 2016 at 21:30 at the Conference Centre of Andorra la Vella.

Currently, Al McKay leads the group "All Stars" with whom he is making a tour and performing the greatest hits of the band Earth, Wind & Fire such as "Let's Groove, September, Boogie Wonderland, Fantasy, Sing a Song, Shining Star and Pride "

This time the Funk rhythm will come to Andorra to conquer the public and live an exceptional evening with the "Earth, Wind & Fire Experience".

This year the Tour de France will visit Andorra again on the 10th, 11th and 12th of July.
The 9th stage of the Tour de France will take place on the 10th of July when the riders will start in Vielha Vall d´Aran and, after 184 km, finish on the summit of Andorra´s Vallnord ski station Arcalis (2.240 m altitude).
Inside Andorra the cyclists, before finishing in Arcalis, will climb the Coll de la Comella and the Coll de Beixalis.
On the 10th of July the riders will have a day of rest in “The country of the Pyrenees” and on the 11th the start of stage 10 will take place in Escaldes-Engordany for a 198 km ride with finish in Revel.

The dutch sprinter who got fourth place in stage 1, came closer to a win in stage 4, finishing second after Marcel Kittel (Etixx-Quick Step).

In 2014 some statistics on energy prices in several countries in Europe were made. This study gave us a pleasant surprise since Andorra is the country with the lowest cost of energy.

The highest price was set for 1 kWh in Germany (177% higher than in Andorra), Ireland (136% higher than in Andorra) and Spain (120% higher than in Andorra). In France it was set at € 0.1620 / 1 kWh (51% higher than in Andorra).

In terms of price of 1 kWh of electricity for industrial consumers (20-500 MW), the difference is not as high. For example, in France they have a higher rate of 12% and Spain has a higher rate of 46%. However compared to Italy, Germany and the UK, there is a difference of 110%, 105% and 66% compared with Andorra.

In 2015 the CPI (Consumer Price Index) of Andorra has decreased by 0.9% compared to 2014. This means that the cost of living in Andorra is cheaper in some aspects.

Andorra is currently one of the most advantageous countries in terms of living standards and taxation, as the Andorran IGI (VAT) remains 4.5%.

This year, Cirque du Soleil will perform in Andorra again.

The event, as in former editions, will take place in the "Parc Central" parking area in Andorra la Vella.

A new feature for this year is that the Cirque du Soleil´s will perform in a covered space.
